Ingredients needed:

1 cup heavy cream

8 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

In a small, heavy saucepan, bring the cream to a bare simmer over low heat. Place the chocolate pieces in a medium bowl. Remove the cream from the heat and whisk slowly into the chocolate. Add the vanilla and continue whisking until the chocolate melts and the sauce thickens.

Serve the chocolate sauce warm, or let cool to room temperature.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups
8 oz of Semi Sweet Chocolate

1 1/2 cups of 35% cream

2 tbsp of brewed coffee

In a double boiler (pot of an inch of simmering water with a heat proof bowl) add the chopped chocolate

In another pot warm up the cream to scolding and pour over the chocolate and stir until smooth

add coffee and serve warm over desired dessert!
Just buy the ice cream topping that comes in a jar. Smuckers brand I think. It works great over brownies, too.
Get cocoa (the real stuff) and add condensed milk to it. Mix it (not too thick though) then pour it on. The mixture is fudge unrefrigerated.
