Anyone have a recipe for heidlberg cake?

Ingredtients - 125g butter 180ml castor sugar 3 eggs 2陆ml vanilla essence 500ml cake flour 录ml salt 5ml baking powder 125g crystallized pineapple 45g split almonds








Overview - Treat your family to this delightful, delicious textured cake, that is easy to prepare.








Method





1.Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.


2.Cream butter and sugar until thick and creamy.


3.Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.


4.Beat in flavouring.


5.Sift dry ingredients together and add half to mixture and fold in lightly.


6.Chop pineapple and mix with remaining flour and then add to the cake mixture, fold all ingredients together.


7.Empty mixture into a well greased cake tin and decorate with split almonds.


8.Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 mins to 1 hour.
