I had a piece of ';Lime coffee cake'; at Starbucks the other day and was looking for a recipe similar. Help!

I am looking for a recipe for ';key Lime Coffee Cake'; similar to the one sold a Starbucks Coffee. It was a mix between a coffee cake and a cheese cake. Does anyone have a recipe or a site I can look on. I have already tried several recipe sites that I usually use.I had a piece of ';Lime coffee cake'; at Starbucks the other day and was looking for a recipe similar. Help!

I think they use the key lime coffee but that might be hard to get. This recipe will probably get you there and might even be tastier.

1 (1 lb. 9oz.) package frozen cloverleaf yeast rolls

1 cup brown sugar

1 box regular key lime pudding

1/2 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped

1 stick margarine, melted

Grease a large Bundt pan and fill around stem with frozen rolls. Use no more than 20rolls. Let sit in cold oven overnight for dough to rise or at least 8hrs. It will fill your bundt pan as they expand. Then the next day mix the ingredients. First pour pudding onto rolls. Then brown sugar and nuts. Pour melted margarine over all ingredients. Bake at 350掳F for 30 to 35 minutes.

GLAZE:

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 1/2 oz cream cheese softened

2 1/2 to 3 tsp. lime juice

Drizzle over warm coffee cake!
