Does anyone have a recipe for making cookies with a cake mix?

1 box cake mix (any flavor)


1 small box Jello instant pudding mix (any flavor)


1 egg


1 cup oil





Mix all together. Roll into marble-sized balls. (don't flatten) Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.





You can do any combination of flavors the cake mix and pudding don't have to be the same, I always do devils food cake and chocolate pudding...yum. Hope that's what you were looking for.Does anyone have a recipe for making cookies with a cake mix?

1 pkg Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Yellow Cake Mix


3/4 cup Crisco shortening


2 large egg yolks


1 tsp. milk


2 large egg whites


2 Tbl. water


1 1/4 cups ground nuts


Red or green jelly





1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease cookie sheet.


2. Combine dry cake mix, shortening, egg yolks and milk; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls.


3. Combine egg whites and water. Beat with fork until blended. Dip balls in egg white mixture; then roll in nuts. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.


4. Bake at 375F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Immediately press thumb or thimble into center of each cookie making a depression. Cool several minutes on cookie sheets; then remove to racks to finish cooling. Before serving, fill depressions with jelly.


About 4 dozen 2 inch cookies.
